“I Recently rented a midsize SUV from Enterprise at OAJ/ Jacksonville, NC airport. The process was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The car itself was clean and well maintained. I did look at several agencies prior to renting and Enterprise had the highest rating at the OAJ location across the board. I would definitely rent from them again.”

“I had to quick change agencies as their competitor refused to honor my government rental. The ladies behind the counter were polite, professional, and were more than ready to assist me. I appreciated the rescue and when traveling to Goldsboro, will rent from Avis again.”

If you live locally, be sure to leave your car at home or park in the long-term parking lot.
The airport will have your car towed off and it will cost you $233 total to get your car back.
It was not in the check-in briefing or the instructions when I picked up the rental car. Over the past few years, I had always left my rental car parked in the spot I picked my rental car up from.
It is no longer allowed to do that at this airport.
This time, my car was towed away. My car was only there for 1 and 1/2 days.
The staff at the Hertz/Dollar rental counter tried to be as polite as they could be but there wasn't much they could do given the situation.
The car I rented from Hertz Dollar rental was a good car. It was very clean and new. I had family coming in from out of town.
I was more upset about the whole thing because I had to cancel a very important doctor's appointment about a knee surgery I've been waiting on for a year than about the car being towed away.”
