After a flight delay, I called to say I had a reservation for 11:30 pm and asked if they would be open after midnight. Tim answered the phone and said he would be there until 2 am and would have a car for me. I got to there right at 2, and he was there and had a car for me - just like he said. Truly grateful!

The lady at the counter is so helpful, she very friendly and understand what I need. I had bad experience from the car that I picked up from jfk, the lady here helped me fix the issue. A+ for her help.
