“I had such an amazing experience renting from Alamo at OAJ, and I especially want to recognize Ken, the manager, for his exceptional customer service!

From check-in all the way through returning the vehicle 4 days later, Ken was incredibly friendly, patient, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I rent cars fairly often with all the traveling I do, and unfortunately, customer service at rental counters can sometimes feel rushed or even downright unfriendly—especially at larger, busier airports. I had requested a gas friendly vehicle which he made happen with a Kia as opposed to the gas guzzling truck I got last year when renting at Hertz next door.

Ken took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and that I was completely satisfied, while still making the entire process quick and seamless. He had such a positive attitude and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just the next person in line (although there was no line 😅).

He is truly the definition of excellent AND speedy customer service. It’s rare for someone to make such an impression during something as routine as renting a car, but Ken absolutely did. Because of my experience with him, I would 100% choose Alamo again for my future rentals.

“I arrived in NC only to need to promptly return to FL. Other rental car companies listed one way rentals and even accepted payment, only to cancel me when I arrived in person. I was desperate and Hertz came to my rescue!
