“I arrived in NC only to need to promptly return to FL. Other rental car companies listed one way rentals and even accepted payment, only to cancel me when I arrived in person. I was desperate and Hertz came to my rescue! A large SUV, able to accommodate my disabled mother, myself, and our luggage was an upgrade and far more than I had hoped for after the other three rental car companies failed. Thanks, Hertz!!!!!”

“I had a great experience with Budget Rental Cars thanks to Tina. The first vehicle I was placed in was a Mazda that unfortunately did not have a functioning infotainment system. It would not connect to my phone, and basic features like radio and Bluetooth were not responding properly.
When I brought this to Tina’s attention, she immediately stepped in to help. She was professional, understanding, and proactive. She quickly got me into a different rental vehicle that worked perfectly and, to my surprise, was even better on gas than the original car.
