“Went it to get a New screen on an old phone (iPhone 8 😅) which made it wonderful for my daughter. I also Got a screen protector that comes with a lifetime warranty (12$/each time). I was greeted upon entry, spoken to with respect and my services were executed promptly and effectively by Dustin and Mariah.”
“Recently visited the US CELLULAR store on western extention in Jacksonville NC looking to change out our phones. Having been a customer since 2004 we wanted to keep thier services which is even better now that they've merged with T-Mobile.
Once in the store, we were immediately greeted by Anthony, the store manager.
He walked us through many different options and plans and we did upgrade to the s25fe phones.
The phones are great but it was Anthony's personality, knowledge and professionalism that absolutely made the sale complete for us.
I would recommend this US CELLULAR branch office to anyone looking to upgrade or change plans.
