“Today my Mother went to Tractor supply in Richlands NC, She was greeted and helped by Dominic who was absolutely wonderful and treated my mother with so much respect. I overheard the interaction over the phone and I knew this man deserved an accommodation and know he will move up in the company as he went above and beyond to help my Mother find exactly what my Mother needed for her animals. Dominic was very knowledgeable and double checked with his management to be sure he had given the best solution for our animals needs. From this day forward I will be passing two Tractor Supplies from my home and will make this location my home store all because of Dominic’s Professionalism, Customer Service, his Knowledge, and mainly because of how he treated my Mother and the extra effort he went through. Five Stars just isn’t enough for this young man, without a doubt he should be management himself. The Store was Clean, and the Prices were clearly Marked. Country Stores are always the best!”
