He was awesome he answered every question I asked and was just so great to work with I wish more usps workers were like him it would make me want to come in more thank you guys for having him this experience was awesome Justin was amazing and I can’t wait to see him again I definitely plan to come here from now on I don’t mind driving the 20 mins for people like him thank you!!! Justin made my day I was having an off week but his service actually helped me. Its lil things that matter and I feel like human decency is of the pass but the fact that he was so kind really made a difference thank you guys for having him on your team he’s amazing!!!!!!

The staff at the Richlands post office has been great. When we moved from Ohio, we needed a post office box because we did not have a permanent residence. They helped us get established, assisted with our of address issues and with our weekly priority mail to our son. They are very friendly and efficient.

Today 9/7/24 at 11:20am - 11:45 am. Justin went above and beyond to make sure patrons mail was safe, secure, and delivered accurately. He helped customers with language barriers, a military couple getting out invites for a wedding on time, Moms, Dads, and Teachers. Thanks Justin! I will be back to the Richlands post office.

I found the staff in the city of Richlands , NC extremely
friendly and professional. I needed assistance with an address change and both manager and clerk took the time it needed to help me. I am so happy to have this as my post office in the city I now call home.

I use this post office often, and always have such a great experience. Justin is always working upfront, and welcoming! Another woman is up there if he’s not and she’s super sweet and helpful. No complaints with this place and glad to have them as my local office!

We had to change the side of the road our mailbox was on (we called and they said we could) due to it getting hit so many times, so we moved it a little into our driveway like other people have it on our road and they said that "it's not appropriate and move it", so we did we moved it closer to the road so our mail man can put the mail in it and now their keeping our mail because the mailbox is not in the right place. They are sorry and lazy!!!

My mail goes through this post office and multiple times recently I’ve had mail arrived open.. but get this! It’s only the letters with those fake credit cards for a pre-approval through credit card companies or the letters that look like they have a check inside!! Someone isn’t right there and I do not trust my mail going through the post office anymore

Expected delivery date changed 3 times because the lazy drivers didn't want to deliver any more packages before the 2 day weekend, this post office is a joke
