My family and I were on a short weekend vacation a couple hours from home, when the alternator on my Honda Odyssey van unexpectedly quit working. We barley made it to this store from where we were staying. I explained the situation to Jeff, and he immediately offered to help in any way possible to get us going again. I purchased the alternator and proceeded to replace it in the parking lot. It was not an easy job, but was made much easier because of the help and kindness we received. Jeff allowed me to use some tools, charged my battery while I worked, and went above and beyond to help in every way possible. Every one of the employees we encountered were kind and helpful.
