I didn’t go for myself personally, I went with someone else. He’s a customer of theirs, that had a question that he would like answered. They was very attentive, nice and helpful about his “situation”. The atmosphere was lovely, and I felt welcomed.

I have to give credit where it's due. Kristen and Denise hit it out of the park with their customer service. The process of getting a new phone was quick and easy. The best part was that they were so attentive to my three year old. They helped to keep her occupied, talked to her, and fed her Popeye's and Hershey Kisses. These ladies went above and beyond their duties! Thank you!

I had a really positive experience here. I smashed my phone screen and then got it wet. I brought it in sure I needed a new one. The man that helped me was Tyrell Blythe. He was so hardworking, knowledgeable, and honest. He told me that I probably didn't need a new phone, but just a screen replacement. I didn't want to search for a place to fix my screen. I needed a working phone that day. I had brought in a phone that I had used with Verizon. Tyrell spent a lot of time trying to get get it to work with US cellular. His computer told him my phone was not compatible...but he kept trying, which I admired. We finally realized I needed to buy a new phone. He was patient with all of my questions and helped me decide on a phone that was the best for me. In addition to all of this, he checked our plan to make sure we were paying the lowest cost. We live in a rural area and use our phone as a hot spot. We have 5 bars so couldn't understand why we were not eligible for us cellular home wifi. Mr. Blythe went out of his way to contact the company to try and help us. This guy was nice, hardworking, honest...some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I have been in retail for over 30 years. This man knows customer service. I hope US Cellular appreciates him. This kind of knowledge and service, unfortunately is rare these days.

If you have a prepaid plan here and your charger port breaks expect to pay 168 dollars out of pocket even though you have a prepaid plan it's still basically a contract to them which IMO is very stupid considering most people have prepaid not to be bound by a contract.
