“I’ve been to elders numerous times through out the years and I gotta say the last year or so has been so much better as far as customer service. I want to include and name an employee that is exceptional! His name is John! He’s friendly, helpful and he doesn’t know it himself, he will go out of his way to ensure I find the answer I need. He always make sure to tell me of any cool deals or sales they have going on. He’s well versed on locating any item that I need. The world would be a lot better of a place, if there were more John’s around”
