“Straightforward and honest. Can be hard to find with a decent price mechanics these days. Hell, really any mechanics of any degree and price range. One of the guys also does transmissions. I'll post and review about that once I get mine over and fixed.”

“Highly impressed with how quickly I was in and out of here for an oil change. I will be bringing both my cars here from now on. My only complaint was the waiting area seating but other than that it wasn't bad.”

“Can’t say enough about how responsive Johnny was when my unit went out. Had to purchase a new one and very quick and communicated throughout the process! The technicians that come out and do the work are the most respectful and hard working men I’ve seen in a long time! Would highly recommend.”

“I heard from my daughter this morning how she went there to get some help for her car and they were honest and truthful and did not charge her for things that she didn’t need, but just gave her advice on what to do. It’s so encouraging to find good and honest people in the world today. God bless Tony and his shop!”

“I’m 59 years old and have always driven a Nissan. I moved to SC 18 years ago and Griffin Nissan became my new service dept. The number one salesman is Harold Sellers. He is professional and knowledgeable. He sold me the greatest car in the world!! He is honest and always has a smile on his face. Billy ? and Jeremy Chavis have been my two favorite service advisors. I’m not the easiest person to deal with. 😆😂 They always listen and make sure you have clear knowledge of what was fixed. I trust them and consider both of them my friends. I’m so thankful for an honest reliable service dept. I’m just blessed to call Griffin Nissan my home away from home!”

“I stopped by for a vehicle service and cabin air filter replacement with no appointment and they were able to work me in immediately. The service advisors were friendly and knowledgeable. They had a well appointed waiting area. However, I chose to walk over to one of the several restaurants nearby for a late lunch. I was able to catch up on some work on my tablet. The truck was ready in the perfect amount of time. I would recommend Champion Ford's service department to all.”

“Do you have a mechanic that you can trust to not only tell you the truth, but to also charge you fairly? If not, this is your new mechanic. I will take my vehicle there, tell them to check it out, figure out what it needs and fix it. When they tell me it’s ready, I’ll pick my vehicle back up and sure enough, it’ll be just right. The bill will be reasonable, and there will be no surprises. If they give you a timeline, they’ll meet it. If something changes, they’ll reach out and discuss it with you. I couldn’t be happier.”

“Exceptional service! Our truck broke down on Labor Day in Rockingham on our way to Charlotte from Wilmington. We got the truck towed to Andy’s as that was the first place we found on Tuesday and they replaced the fuel pump same day for a reasonable cost. Thank yall so much!! Good people, highly recommend.”

“I had such a great experience at Griffin Nissan! A huge shoutout to Luke and Gabe for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Luke went above and beyond to find me the exact SUV I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier with it! Gabe was so helpful throughout the paperwork and made everything feel quick and stress-free. Both of them were friendly, patient, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Griffin Nissan, and especially Luke & Gabe, if you’re looking for a new vehicle! 🚙❤”

“I appreciate their customer service. Yesterday, I ran into something on the road on Interstate 74 on my way to Charlotte. My mother called her sister (my aunt) because AAA was taking a long time. My aunt got her nephew put a temporary spare tire on, so I can drive the vehicle. However, when I was driving my nephew suggest not to drive my car any further because the spare tire can’t go no more than 70 miles. So I listen to my nephew‘s advice and took the vehicle to the nearest tire center which was this location. Although they was about to close in 20 minutes & just finished with their last customer. The two guys was very helpful, with one of the guys suggesting that the spare tire be placed in the back (instead of the front), temporary, so I can drive to and from Charlotte until I get my tire fixed. The other guy even looked at my tire and noticed I had a hole in it, and said I didn’t need a new tire but to get the hole fix. He didn’t have time to fix the hole, which I definitely understood bc they were about to close, but suggested I’ll bring it back for him to fix the hole in the tire. Even though they were about to close, they showed me grace so I can continue to get on the road to meet my family for my family reunion. And this was the first family reunion, and I was glad that I made it. If it wasn’t for them I would have turned around and went back home instead of going to mg family reunion to meet family even some of my famous family members. Thank You!!!”
