“I appreciate their customer service. Yesterday, I ran into something on the road on Interstate 74 on my way to Charlotte. My mother called her sister (my aunt) because AAA was taking a long time. My aunt got her nephew put a temporary spare tire on, so I can drive the vehicle. However, when I was driving my nephew suggest not to drive my car any further because the spare tire can’t go no more than 70 miles. So I listen to my nephew‘s advice and took the vehicle to the nearest tire center which was this location. Although they was about to close in 20 minutes & just finished with their last customer. The two guys was very helpful, with one of the guys suggesting that the spare tire be placed in the back (instead of the front), temporary, so I can drive to and from Charlotte until I get my tire fixed. The other guy even looked at my tire and noticed I had a hole in it, and said I didn’t need a new tire but to get the hole fix. He didn’t have time to fix the hole, which I definitely understood bc they were about to close, but suggested I’ll bring it back for him to fix the hole in the tire. Even though they were about to close, they showed me grace so I can continue to get on the road to meet my family for my family reunion. And this was the first family reunion, and I was glad that I made it. If it wasn’t for them I would have turned around and went back home instead of going to mg family reunion to meet family even some of my famous family members. Thank You!!!”
