“I would just like to thank the very fine staff at Belk's for their assistance. They go over and beyond what they have to to help their customers. I had made a large purchase a few days ago of over six hundred dollars for Christmas. I had also bought gift cards while there. After returning home in Wadesboro I discovered my gift cards were missing! I searched in all of my Belk's bags but could not locate them. I headed back to Rockinham thinking they may have been left out of my bag. I was stressed after waiting for over twenty minutes at the bridge on hwy. 74 where they are doing road work. So... I was not very happy when I arrived at Belk's. However, I was met with a very kind and helpful professional staff. They did everything they could to make this turn out better for me. They discontinued the old numbers on the gift cards. I had to wait around 48 hours to make sure no one was using the gift cards before they issued me new ones. To make a very long story shorter, it turns out I found my gift caeds in a totally different shopping bag! I let Belk's know this. They issued me the new cards and destroyed the old ones. The whole time they were patient kind and helpful. I really appreciate them and their support. They could use a break more often and a pay increase I am sure. They need more workers but the ones that are there are wonderful! Thanks to all of you. Merry Christmas! God bless you all.”

“The store was very neat, clean, and fully stocked. Citi trends always has a very nice selection of affordable kids, women's, and men's clothing/shoes. The quality isn't always great but the way kids grow, it really doesn't matter. Also lots of nice home decor, books and misc. items.”

“Why didn't any of my friend girls tell me this was the spot? I initially went in looking for a jacket for my rugged hard working husband. Well what in tarnation. The fellas in this establishment start their day early! I was there when they opened and they're was an actual line of strapping men waiting to go in. I am perplexed to say the least because I only know of the one "big" expensive brand of men's work attire. (Prices for that mess are outrageous). Seeing my troubled demeanor, a gentleman of nearly 6 1/2 feet tall saunters up to me and says, Lil lady, yuh look lost. I said Mister, pray tell, which jacket would a 47 year old home builder prefer? He proceeded to school me on a particular other (much better!!) brand and even let me measure his arms!!! Y'all, this man did not even work there. I thanked him kindly for his service. I tell you what, I looked and he didn't have a wedding ring on so I promptly advised my single cohort to consider parlaying through the Tractor Supply. I went to buy the jacket and lo and behold it was on sale!! My husband loves that jacket! Overall, top tier experience.”

“Every so often while shopping here I noticed price increases in several of items I normally purchase. Also, checkout lines are soo annoying. Not enough checkout clerks to get you checked out in a reasonable amount of time.”

“They did not have allot of stuff they did not have Easter baskets.They also did not put any more squisies but family Dollar is a good store I love that it is very close to my house”

Cashier appeared carefull with her ability to follow Covid restrictions while checking customers out! Prices have gone up-but are still lower than others in our area. Give them all a raise as they deserve!”

“Went in on a Tuesday and I was told Dr.Smith is only in Mon, Wed, Friday so I asked to make an appointment and got one the next day. Even though there were 3 appointments ahead of me, my appointment went quickly and smoothly. Dr.Smith explained everything to me, including the prescription. My experience from the front desk woman to my time with the doc was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Dr.Smith \u0026 team! I'll never go anywhere else as long as he's there.”
