“This place is very different from the normal grocery store. Kinda a mix of dollar general and Costco. Bulk boxes opened on shelves, some name brand some all most name brand.Food is hit or miss, you just have try it and judge for yourself.”

“Owners are wonderful people may not be a good area at night time but in the daytime it's pretty good decent the store is hardly ever out of what you need and they have a counter top that's blast that has very good products in it I would recommend this place if you're in the area the staff is very friendly just watch out for the people standing outside”

“This was a great idea to build this store here its perfect I live maybe 5 minutes from the new store off of 220 green street Rockingham nc. It's so nice to be able to go get what I need without having to go to walmart I like walmart for my groceries and here for cleaning supplies, toilet paper , etc . The store is very well organized and clean comparing to some of the other dollar generals in our area and not over stocked, where you cant go down the isles . I love retail that's all I have done in my career except I worked for convenience stores so I know how hard it is to keep a store cleaned , stocked, organized I think theres a man there that's the manager hes very nice dont know his name I'm hoping this store will stay this way . And I see this store has customers all the time .keep up the good work .”

“I really love this store in general, for the great prices, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and having certain products available that even Walmart doesn't have most of the time. Here recently though, the customer service has seemed to be lacking. There also seems to be an issue with the digital coupons. My most recent visit, I tried using the digital coupons and they failed to come up on the register. I pulled out my phone and showed the cashier that I had in fact marked the coupons but was informed she could not do anything about the issue. I had thus issue before and it was corrected before by another employee. It may not seem like a big deal to most. However, I am on a fixed income and losing out on 3 or 4 dollars is a big deal to me. Especially since this establishment is my go to store for most everything. Hopefully the issue with the site is fixed or the employees are able to start handling any issues with this at the register, if proof is provided. Still love this store, and will continue to shop here, just hope things are worked out soon. Thank you!”

“Stopped in to grab a few items. I enjoyed the variety of items, everything seem to be neatly placed but at check out, customer service was a little rude. I always say, "it's not what you say but how you say it". I thought she could be a little nicer with her tone.”

“When you're in the field for even just a few days, coming back to civilization is a big deal, and this Super Wal-Mart is a big dose of civilization. It's got everything you might ever need, from groceries, electronics, apparel, eye candy, medical and comfort items. If only they'd hire more cashiers, or at least more efficient ones.”

“Walmart is okay I'm not a big fan of it because it's always packed or people standing around in your way when you're trying to shop so I go early just to avoid all the traffic and all the customers. Their prices are pretty reasonable it all depends on what you're purchasing because I have been to other stores and seen prices cheaper than Walmart”

“Every time i walk into this location, i'm met with a wonderful greeting and smile! The staff here always offers assistance in whatever manner's needed. As a former business owner (now retired), i can say that these employees truly enjoy their job......and seem to have a family like bond. If i hadn't sold my businesses, i would definitely try to have some of these staff members work for me! ?. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because Food Lion doesn't have some of the products i've shopped for over the years. Regardless of that, i still prefer to shop here. Thank you for always having a smile, and greeting everyone cheerfully. Something as simple as that can be the deciding factor whether someone shops at this location repeatedly or not. My family will continue to shop here, and i suggest that you (other customers) do the same for all of your shopping needs ?”
