“My wife and I moved to Rockwell from Harrisburg in 2002. Our family bank was Wachovia. The nearest Wachovia Bank was in downtown Salisbury, so needed to find another bank close by. We interviewed several local banks in Rockwell and was surprised to find a bank that could provide the same services as Wachovia. F&M Bank has been our bank for the last 13 years and F&M has exceeded all of our expectation. One example of superior service from F&M, someone used my debit card number to buy gas at the local BP station in Rockwell. I was unaware of this purchase, but F&M looked at my history and identified I have never used the BP station to purchase gas. F&M called me the same day and was able to remove those charges from my account. Another example, I was traveling to Hong Kong and I used my debit card there to purchase my wife a gift. F&M flayed that purchase and called my home and my wife answered the phone. My wife told F&M that I was traveling and she also asked what I bought. When I returned home, my wife had a smile on her face because she already knew what I had bought her. I surprised F&M flayed the purchase, but I was thankful they did. Now that is customer service.”

“very friendly and helpful, unless you want to send money to others. They refused to let me send money because they said it was I was being scammed or the person was a terrorist. I have know this person for years and is a friend, but he has Spanish name. I even talked to corporate and they said I could take my business elsewhere. I do have checking at other banks but I have not left this bank only because I have numerous bills drafted and have not changed the automatic drafts to another bank”

My current bank (soon to be previous bank) told me they couldn't help me. James was able to get the job done before the deadline and was great to work with the entire process. “I LLLOOOVVEEE this branch if you could rate a million I'd probably rate above that!!! The staff at this location (THE ENTIRE STAFF) treat you as much more than a client but like family. My daughter Myah-Beautiful loves to go here sometimes just to say hi and excitedly share her day and catch them up on what they're misses lol. She says let's go see my people everytime!!!! “Since my mother's passing earlier this year, I have been spending more time at Truist Bank insofar as setting up an estate account, getting legal documents notarized, obtaining a medallion stamp for stock transfers, obtaining estate account checks, etc. Through it all, Truist Bank has been wonderful! Deserving special mention are Ana Garcia - a very capable and kind person who has helped me at the Avalon Dr branch on many occasions before being transferred to the Jake Alexander branch. She is smart and very talented in her multilingual communication skills when serving the needs of her customers. Additionally, Jessica Serrano (manager of the Jake Alexander branch), was very helpful this past Friday helping with my medallion stamp and offering other helpful advice. Between Ana and Jessica, I would say Truist has a very strong and capable team at the Jake Alexander branch. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Truist.”

(They don't have a public restroom, for many security reasons relating to the layout of the building. They do not want an armed holdup. Please go somewhere else if you have to use one.)”
“I always liked wells fargo until it's time to take a large sum of money out of their bank.Because they will do everything in anything to keep from getting you Your cash.. i have unfortunately, had that problem several times with them.Where i've withdrawn large amounts, and it was a fight to get it. now, when I say large amounts, i'm not talking hundreds of thousands of dollars, i'm talking ten grand”
