I loved that so many women work at this store! Brittany was very helpful. She replaced my battery and removed the corrosion. Everyone in the store was really nice. I live in Raleigh, but I'd come back here for the friendliness and comfortability.

Brittany Moody. The manager. Thank God for her. The Mercedes dealership was gonna charge me 3500 and she told me try a new battery first. It worked like a charm. And this isn't the first time she's helped me!!! She would be an amazing GM. How often does someone save you 3500 dollars and she's constantly polite and professional. Very hard working young lady. They will forever have my business because of HER!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS HER ?

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULDTERRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE his name was William Roy or something like that I went there looking for some tire shine he was very unhelpful and very aggressive to me as a customer when recommended products. Is this who u want represent your brand why is he still there???

There is a worker named Roy Williams, and I am appalled about his attitude and behavior! He has a very snarky attitude and I even seen him go off on a fast food worker and I caught a glimpse of his name tag, as he was slamming his fist on the counter. As a worker he should understand that a little compassion goes a long way.
