“I am totally satisfied with this bank! We moved in to the area almost 5 years ago and started a search for a bank. The customer service was wonderful! They helped out so much in our making a decision. They have a checking account that not only doesn't charge a fee to keep the account open but gives 1% interest no matter what your balance! And because we don't use some of the more expensive things like money orders, transfers, overdraws, we've never had a fee. They work for you, not against you. As for the 24/7 number, there are so few places that have given me what I needed at midnight. Just not an issue for me. And when we dealt with identity theft, they helped out more than the companies that had allowed a loan in our name! No, I love this bank and want to thank each of their employees for the excellent service and the friendly way they have cared for us. Thank you for your smiles!”

“I really like this PNC Branch as it is very convenient for me to stop. I liked that it had a drive up ATM and another in the lobby. I am that this branch is closing on March 17th. I received a phone call from an employee with the details. I wasn't surprised as I saw the for rent sign out front. I did not expect a phone call though so I did appreciate that very much for a heads up and as to when it was closing. I made sure to stop and use the ATM before the removal next week. This branch is merging with the one in Wakefield. I'm sure the banking industry is consolidating with more and more banking differently and not needing the in person services as much. I just hope no employees lose their jobs and can work at the other location.”

“I am confused by the negative review by Alan S. He drives an hour from Roanoke Rapids to deposit a check, when: 1. There is a Wells Fargo branch in Roanoke Rapids. 2. Wells Fargo offers a convenient deposit by phone option that involves merely taking a picture of the front and the back of the check. I've used the feature many times to avoid the necessity of taking checks to the bank both for business and personal use. P.S. I do not have reason to use the drop box at this location, but I believe that our church does so and they are provided with a key to the drop box. The reason for that practice is that some people think it is "fun" to stuff overnight drop boxes with trash as a prank. As I noted above, you can always deposit checks by phone or through the 24 hour teller, if it is not a large number. Regardless, I am certain that someone in the branch would be happy to work with you on the situation. As for this branch and the bank, I am very happy with the personal service that I receive each time that I go into the branch office, which is at least a couple of times a month. I am greeted at the door, tellers are happy and helpful, and the products and services are affordable and appropriate to my needs. Now, if I could just find more money to deposit. :-)”

“Thought I'd leave a review since the only review here is negative. I switched to Wells Fargo from bb&t and woodforest and that was the best decision ever! This location specifically is always prompt, fast, friendly, and helpful. Been coming here for two almost three years. Accidentally left $40 in the ATM I thought I would just have to take the loss but this location is so secure they credited the money back to my account without me even contacting them! Very grateful and the atms are always working and taking deposits.”
