“The family has been banking here for a long time and we have yet to have one problem that has not been corrected quickly. The staff is very polite and well knowledgeable about what they are doing. We have had 4 different managers and each and everyone of them has been courteous and well-respected of their clients. even when you just walk by the bank if they see you they all say hello. we are not banking anywhere else but WoodForest”

“I am totally satisfied with this bank! We moved in to the area almost 5 years ago and started a search for a bank. The customer service was wonderful! They helped out so much in our making a decision. They have a checking account that not only doesn't charge a fee to keep the account open but gives 1% interest no matter what your balance! And because we don't use some of the more expensive things like money orders, transfers, overdraws, we've never had a fee. They work for you, not against you. As for the 24/7 number, there are so few places that have given me what I needed at midnight. Just not an issue for me. And when we dealt with identity theft, they helped out more than the companies that had allowed a loan in our name! No, I love this bank and want to thank each of their employees for the excellent service and the friendly way they have cared for us. Thank you for your smiles!”

“I really like this PNC Branch as it is very convenient for me to stop. I liked that it had a drive up ATM and another in the lobby. I am that this branch is closing on March 17th. I received a phone call from an employee with the details. I wasn't surprised as I saw the for rent sign out front. I did not expect a phone call though so I did appreciate that very much for a heads up and as to when it was closing. I made sure to stop and use the ATM before the removal next week. This branch is merging with the one in Wakefield. I'm sure the banking industry is consolidating with more and more banking differently and not needing the in person services as much. I just hope no employees lose their jobs and can work at the other location.”
