Coastal Credit Union is a great bank to have an account with, offering friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the excellent and top notch customer service, whether face to face or at the teller, with employees who go above and beyond. Access to teller services from 7am to 7pm is also appreciated. Some feedback notes the drive-thru ATM is in a bad position due to sun glaring on the screen and suggests adding a third ATM. A negative experience involved an auto insurance policy being closed after a customer was assured it would not be closed without signed request forms.

I initially experienced difficulty trying to set up an account at this bank - but once I was able to sit down with an employee and get it sorted through - it was easy, and the staff are friendly. Access to teller services 7am-7pm is appreciated.

I think they need to add a third ATM teller both the drive-thru is in a bad position for Sun glaring in the screen of the ATM
