Picked up some paint on my driver side doors from brushing some parking lot cones.Brandon was quick to give me a quote. The pricing was very fair, and also completed the work quicker the promised, so great work to the team there. Fixed door panels look perfect after the buffing, can barely tell where the damage was. “Five stars for Gerber Collision & Glass Rocky Mount (only because we couldn’t give more)! After striking a deer on I-95 South (over five hours from home), our insurance company directed us to Gerber to get our car back on the road. The damage was extensive, and we were worried that our vehicle was beyond repair. After completing a careful inspection, the Gerber team came up with a repair plan and proceeded to do top quality work. It was clear that the safety of the vehicle was their top priority - and some of the modern electronics in our car made that challenging (e.g., distance sensors and lane detection sensors were all impacted by the accident). The Gerber team repaired it all, thoroughly tested the vehicle, and got everything back to fully working order - as good as new! The car looks fantastic and handles great after the repair. “I cannot believe I didn't go back in and finish my review. They were amazing when I went in without an appointment because I though there was a rodent in my car and I know they can do a lot of damage. I was told they would fit me in but then the service advisor, Casaundra Hartvigsen asked one of the service guys if they had time to do a rodent check/99 point check on my car and they took my vehicle right in. No rodent or signs of one was found but wow, was I relieved! And I cannot say enough about the service I got AND Casaundra's pleasant and professional manner. I will definitely be back!!!”
