“So, driving home to Elizabeth City when my trusty honda went down for the count. Luckily I was close to Davenport Auto Park so I pulled into the honda repair center. They had an opening and took me right in. It was a difficult problem to diagnose but they did find it and fix it. They knew I was from out of town so they put their best guy on it until he fixed it. “BROOOOO, THIS IS THE BEST SHOP IN ROCKY MOUNT. Power steering went out on my 2013 Chrysler 300C was thinking it was the power steering pump but took it to the shop to confirm. Glad I did, found out it was fuse. Saved me $500. Great car shop.”

“I went to Rocky Mount Toyota because they advertised a lifetime powertrain warranty and I got a great price on the used vehicle I purchased. The team I worked with were very nice to me and the paperwork was done quickly. Erin, my salesperson, was very kind and helpful. She did whatever she could to make sure all my questions were satisfied. Thank you Erin. Erin would be a great salesperson to assist you. I would say that if you are buying used, make sure you take a close look at your car so that any problems that you might see may be addressed before you buy. I found a few problem areas with my vehicle but they were minor (cosmetic). The team did work with me to do their best to resolve them for me and made me feel that I had their full support. All-in-all, it was the best dealership experience I have had so far.”

“I gave Mann five stars because of his excellent customer service and his speedy work and price. Let me just say my car was jumping/skipping down the road. I called Mann on a Monday morning he told me to bring the car down he will look at it. I could of drove it but I was scared I was going to mess my car up more so I got it dropped off. My car arrived on the tow truck between 11am-12. Mann called me to let me know my car arrived. Within a couple of hours he called back to let me know what it was and he could fix it. At 3:30pm he said your car is ready. Now, I never asked him how much because when he told me what it was I told him just go ahead and fix it. So, I was scared he was going to hit me in the head but I was prepared to pay whatever to get my car back. When he told me the price I could have pass out. I was so satisfied with his service and his price. He is exceptional all around and I was blessed to find him on google and I truly recommend. Oh and it was my ignition coil he had to replace. He is my new mechanic from here on out.”

Thankfully we didn't need a fix and we were on the road in 15 min and weren't even charged. Super nice people, clean showroom and bathroom, and knowledgeable.”

The nice man told me I did not need to make an appointment, and if I had time right now, they would be able to work on my car in just a few minutes. It was less than 5 minutes they were working on my car and I was out of there is in just a short while. Great service.”
“Moore's Body Shop is without a doubt, the best body shop I've ever dealt with! I have a 1999 Chevy Pick-up that was my grandfather's. It was side swiped & the insurance company totaled it. The truck meant something to me so I bought it back from the Ins. company. Moore's body shop made it look better than new! I have nothing but great things to say!”
