Worst bank ever you have people sitting there but you have to talk to a screen they take your money you ask for a refund they say yeah but it takes 2 days 2day come still not in your account. Now they call you and say it's 5-7days to get the refund. So it different stories being told. The relationship manager Tina goes to the back of the bank & hides for 45min+ & don't answer.

After inquiring about my auto insurance payment going up & being assured over the phone I only can cancel my auto insurance if I filled out proper forms online &/or mailed in those forms. Only to later receive a letter in mail stating that my auto insurance policy has been closed. Yes I was late on payment but I have been before and it wasn't even 100s of dollars. Yet I was assured that my policy was not be closed unless I signed forms requesting so

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Please stay away from this place when it comes to auto loans. I have had the worse experience with them with simple request like making principle payments online & getting a simple 10 day payoff. Now that I am closing my auto loan ive asked for the savings account I didnt ask for to be closed & the response was " once we get your loan closed out we will send your money. This bank has done everything to make me not regret my decision to leave ..Thankfully I have switched my auto loan relationship with another financial institution.

Several interactions with employees that prove them to be rude and impatient. Worst was being put on hold for over 12 minutes and then being hung up on. They are curt and uninterested in recognizing the customer is the reason for their job. Typical southern I’m-better-than-you GOP mind set. Truly hope pride goes before the fall.

Only leaving a star because I needed to warn all people to NEVER buy any of their disability insurance on auto loans. Back about 14 years ago my now wife purchased a vehicle from a local dealership and Coastal was their financing partner. In the process of finalizing the loan she wisely purchased disability insurance. She had perfect payments for roughly a year and then a worsening seizure disorder forced her doctors to take her out of work. It was so bad that she could not go more than a couple of days without having a very dangerous grand Amal seizure. As such she was put on social security disability.Prior to that though she visited the local branch at Wakefield on several occasions to file a claim against the disability insurance she purchased on the original financing contract.Throughout every attempt to get the insurance going the reps both managers and tellers REFUSED to give her the nescasarry paperwork to file her claim that would have avoided her eventual repossession. And subsequent years of lawsuits that she didn’t have a single pot to piss in because of her disabilities severity.The fact that this company sold her a service that they refused to honor their promises and then subsequently pursued her relentlessly for the last 12 years is beyond despicable on their part and they should be ashamed.
