“I came into the Cricket store in Rocky Mount and was greeted by Taylor. She was very welcoming. I was porting my line from boost to get one of the free phones. After talking to her for a little while she was showing me the family plans and how it would be cheaper to have more people on my line after making a phone call to a few coworkers I now have 3 lines for $110 a month! Taylor got all my information transferred from old phone and was very quick but informative. Recommend this store 100%. The environment was very welcoming and it smelled amazing in there! She even showed me how to save money on my bill with referring others to them! I will be comming back to switch my mothers line to them as well! Best customer service I’ve ever had.”
