“So after my 1st trip to T-Mobile last month, I was so frustrated I chose not to put a review because it would have been ugly.
I bought a new phone, paid my bill early and a month later I have a phone locked up I can't use. So I was left no choice but to travel 15 miles and go back to the store. I prayed.
