“So after my 1st trip to T-Mobile last month, I was so frustrated I chose not to put a review because it would have been ugly.
I bought a new phone, paid my bill early and a month later I have a phone locked up I can't use. So I was left no choice but to travel 15 miles and go back to the store. I prayed. Well this morning I walked in and got the best service. What a turnaround. Tanaka promptly checked everyone in while saying hi to each additional person walking through the door. She also took me and quickly unlocked and fixed my phone. She's so friendly, helpful, to the point in doing her job and doing it gladly with a smile. I'm so thankful for customer service like this. May she be blessed for it and prosper. I pray she gets recognition for her service. Thank you again for Tanaka. ?????”

“Had for 2 years, never had a single issue with phone or internet service or customer service whatsoever. Not one. They are easy to get ahold of, and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately they do not offer service where I am moving to, not happy that I'll have to discontinue service for now.”
