“I love my ring! My fiancé created created this beautiful gem. Rocky mount is closer to his work - the people working there didn’t have the ring he wanted to they created it in Raleigh and had it mailed there. Fiancé said people working at Baileys were friendly. However, they have forgotten important documents after the purchase and have asked him multiple times to come back and sign and pick up paperwork like the ring authentication. I feel like the people working there should have been more attentive and organized. This was a huge purchase. Baileys has always been one of my favorite jewelry stores since I was a kid. I’ve purchased many items.”
