Pequod Used Books is an awesome little used bookstore tucked inside the Small Shops Mall in Rocky Mount. The space has expanded over the years and has a generous history section, vintage children’s books, finely bound leather volumes and lots of neat books at reasonable prices. You often find hardcover best sellers for $5 each and will definitely be back. The store is the only used book store in the area and a nice gem for lovers of local, US and world history. It is well worth a visit and a good time to get lost in rows of books.

The amount of books is overwhelming which is a good thing. The books are organized and in good condition. Tons of fun!

This place is absolutely amazing! The book selection is awesome. There’s lots of vintage and collectible items as well. The store is clean and easy to navigate. There’s also a gaming section in the back.

This place is epic. They've got an antique book section, a large board game aisle, various old DVDs and video games, collectibles like fugglers, and a PC upgrade/repair area.
