The entire staff was amazing and compassionate, I thought I was going to lose my precious fur baby. They not only saved her life, but they treated her as if she were one of their family members. After her surgery, they continued to care for her and called to check up and make sure she was doing well. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care and dedication from this practice. Also, a special thanks to Dr. Meacham and Dr. Chao, yall are seriously angels and helped save our beloved baby!!

Loved, LOVED the atmosphere and the vet Dr Quincey Hawley for yearly shots and 3 yr rabies that were due for our little Pekingese. After spending literally thousands with numerous vets in two states, he diagnosed her skin condition on the spot. Simple yeast. So no more expensive pills, shots, lotions, special diets, shampoos, rinses, and don't forget the $300 itty bitty vials of allergy shots made specifically for her. Just give a bath weekly. We were both highly impressed and hubby said find out if he has a practice, and also to give him a glowing review (from a man who hasn't ever done that in the 35 years I've been married to him). After goggling Dr. Hawley (whose name was on receipt) - he definitely practices what he preaches - re: Get MotiVETed as he definitely didn't present as being stressed at all. Dr. Hawley's table side manner is very refreshing. Didn't feel rushed like on previous visits to TS for our three animals. Definitely an asset to VIP Petcare and to all the pet's and their owners who were blessed to have him be their attending.

The tech sat with me until he passed away; the entire team very compassionate. I was so thankful for their services. I highly recommend them.

670 N Wesleyan Blvd, Rocky MountYelp 100 Challenge- #23 Ordered through the drive thru. Two kids tenders with fries and sweet tea. Also a bone in chicken plate with two sides and extra hush puppies. The food was hot and the service was fast. Minus 1 Star for no dipping sauce for the tenders, no fork or spoon, and dry tenders. Luckily there were only two because they were dry. French fries were fresh.
