“Was greeted by Ron when I pulled up asking about if they fix flat tires. He said yes and gave me a price for plugging a hole and patching both were pretty reasonable and under $50. Christian got my car up and found a nail in my tire and got it fixed right up. Total was sub $25 and they had me in and out in under 8 mins. Extremely impressed and woukd recommend.”

“I had a second stellar experience here today. Mr. Stephen was my tech/mechanic and he helped me with a very common sense problem that I was clueless about. He applied his knowledge from a similar case to mine to help me. Today was super hot and I had a late appointment and despite being taken at close to closing EVERY member of the staff helped my husband and I with our issue.
I scheduled online for 5pm and a gentleman came in with no appointment to request a set of tires at like 5:20. The manager was kind and helpful. He was so professional when he explained they were simply full (the gentleman was from Jersey and wanted expedited service) He helped refer the man to resources because he might be in such a bind and the shop was so jam packed.
I was blown away by the extra effort and time he took with the gentleman as well as honoring standing appointments in the process and NOT overcommitting his people especially on a day that has been over 100 degree index. This is leadership and good buisness.
My first time at Mavis I had a similar solid experience and they did a repair and alignment as well as brakes. I felt well supported and the communication was solid. The waiting area is clean and the staff were so professional and I would rate them 10 plus. I would not hesitate to send anyone to this location. The flow of the crew working today was efficient and I am blown away by their kindness.”
