“I got a flat tire on the side of Highway 64 on my way to the beach. Thankfully, a good Samaritan helped me put on my spare. Instead of driving back to Raleigh for a new tire that night, I called this location to see if they could help since it was closer. Bruce Allen, the store manager answered my call and told me to come right over. While he did not have my exact tire in stock, he said he could get me a similar one right away. By the time I drove there, he had found my exact tire and had it delivered! It was waiting for me when I got there! I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes and back on the road. Mr. Allen was so kind and I was so thankful for his help so quickly. Highly recommend Mr Tire!! Their staff and service has never disappointed!”
“I took my car to get two new tires and get the rotors turned. I was told up front that there would be a wait, and there was, but that was no problem because I had been told in advance. Unfortunately, the Wendy’s next-door has a no firearms on premise policy and with no way to secure my firearm with my vehicle being in the shop, I walked back and was on the phone with my mother considering DoorDash for lunch. The manager overheard me ask about having food delivered and offered me a ride across the highway to get myself something to eat. He was very courteous about the situation and I appreciate his accommodating. He was incredibly respectful and comfortable to be around. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle around other appointments and walk-ins. Fantastic customer service and I’ll be returning for the other two tires next month!”
“I showed up without an appointment a day later than I said I'd be there. 30 minutes later, I had new tires on my car. Unreal. I have been to multiple White's locations and the service has been outstanding every time.”

“This was my first time going to Mr. Tire and, I have to say, I was very impressed. There was a mix up as far as my appointment went but Lashika, the GM of this location, was VERY nice and accomodating. Even though they were closing in an hour, she and the man in the garage (I believe his name may be Craig) took my car in and got 2 tires installed, an alignment, and a state inspection done. They even stayed a bit over 7pm to finish my van and get me back on the road. I'd definitely go back here again.”

“Great place. Had 17 of my hard to find 235/75 R 17.5 tires in stock and my customer was so thrilled with the price we bought 4 spare tires and replaced 2 tires to finsh my trip. They are made in Thailand but at $186 ea they were hard to ignore. Room out back to spin a road tractor with 53 ft spread axle in dirt. Guys were really quick and helped load all the extra spares. Thanks to everyone involved. Location is a little small for multiple tractor trailers but great for one or maybe 2 at a time.”
