“I went through a check out line . This really tall kid named Gabe was so polite , he was quick and asked if I found everything ok . It was such a pleasant experience !!! I will be going through his line from now on. He even told me to have a blessed day ! We need more young workers like this in Walmart . Great customer service skills!”
“I had lost my billfold and called the general manager earlier in the day and left a message with someone in their office. Having not heard back, I called back at 4pm and spoke to another general manager who took my name and phone number. She called back later, and after asking all of her team leaders, unfortunately and sincerely told me that they were unable to locate my billfold. Bad news for me but I certainly appreciated her follow through on this important issue.”
