Hatteras Jack is a tackle shop with an amazing and very knowledgeable staff. The team provides excellent and attentive service, offering lots of advice for fishing the ocean and Sound. They have a wide selection of tackle and are very well stocked, with everything needed to fish in the Outer Banks. Their Century rods are off the charts. The owner has rebuilt the place, making it much better. Customers will not be disappointed by the great customer service, friendly atmosphere, and competitive prices.

    First time surf fishing -needed a lot of help and schooling on how to even cast properly. Dan sat with us for about an hour setting our poles up and sharing a lot of great knowledge on the sport. Don’t go anywhere else if you’re looking for tackle, this place is the best of the best by far.
