It is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS that we are not able to connect directly with a HUMAN BEING on the phone.

Unfortunately like all the chain pharmacies, this location suffers from understaffing. The pharmacist has always been helpful, but given the volume there is only so much she can handle and process. Unless there is a prescription I know is easily stocked and have time to wait, we go elsewhere for our prescription.
