“Please be aware the supplier for this pharmacy has left them without certain products for the foreseeable future. Including needles, syringes, and certain hormones. If you need any of these items make sure to have another pharmacy available for them. I had all of my HRT supplies transferred over to another pharmacy, once working with an employee and the second time without reason or approval.
Besides this Village Pharmacy is great! Very efficient at getting prescriptions out on time and having delivery available is a godsend! Overall, for oral prescriptions this is the best you can get.”
“Went in to pick up a few steaks and some marinade for me and the wife for dinner. I shop here because the store is always clean, well stocked, and the friendly staff make this my go to grocery store. Their prices can be a little bit higher than the other stores but you do get what you pay for. Recommend them for premium produce, meat, fresh sea food, and assorted other grocery items.”

It’s rare to come across someone who cares as much as he does and treats people with that level of kindness and professionalism.

“I want to take this opportunity to brag about Oneal’s Drug Store of Zebulon. Their customer service is impeccable. Every staff member treats me with dignity and respect. They are always thorough, accurate and efficient. I love that I can just push, or as we say in North Carolina, “Mash” the buttons of the prescription drug number to order the refill. I cannot believe I receive a text when the prescription is filled usually the next day or at least within three days. The parking is spacious and easily accessible. Are you sitting down? They have a gift shop as well where you can partake in delicious, decadent, desirable ice cream. I have a big bulbous belly. Thus, I am trying to lose weight. Always remember, the ice cream is a well-deserved monthly treat.
I highly recommend changing your prescription drug store to Oneal’s Drug Store in Zebulon. I can assure you; they will not let you down.”
“Based on this pharmacist needing to reply vehemently and argue with every single criticism and complaint, I wasn't going to move my prescriptions to this pharmacy.
I will say in my opinion the optics possibly aren't helping you attract new customers, however, because I recognize my disdain is often doing what may appear to be the same thing and often times, justifiably so, but I’m striving to reduce my own myopic hypocrisy.
So I’m going to try to be compassionate to myself and extend that to this new pharmacist, as well.
I'm quite aware at times I’m looking through a warped lens into what might be a funhouse mirror or may just as likely be my own projection. When in doubt, going scorched earth when an olive branch would suffice is a no brainer, literally. ❤️”

“I have had so many problems with some major chain pharmacies in the area. As soon as myself and my husband switched to MyScripts getting our specialty prescriptions has been seamless. Not to mention they always answer the phone and are so helpful. I highly would recommend them and have done so to others in the area.”
“I have been using PSP for close to ten years now. It's like a small town Pharmacy in a large metropolitan area. They know me by name and even send me texts and call me on my birthday. My doctor sends in my prescription and if I walk in and they see me approaching the counter they have my bag in hand, and clipboard ready for me to sign. If I get there before the digital order from my physician hasn't been seen yet, they will drop what their doing (unless with a customer) go to printer grab the prescription and fill it within minutes and have me on my way. I feel like I'm giving away my secret place but deserve your business. If you are looking for a better pharmacy give PSP a try.”

My prescriptions are consistently ready on time, and the pharmacy team is professional, kind, and genuinely wants to help. Majority of the staff go out of their way to answer questions and make the experience as easy as possible. There are a few new people but this will always be my pharmacy of choice. The reliability, efficiency, and caring staff keep me coming back and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend!”
