I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for years. Everyone at the pharmacy has always been very kind and patient. Destini is the absolute best and puts a smile on my face every time!

I am grateful as our former pharmacy was just terrible. Even when the lines are long, they move through them pretty quickly. Workers there have helped both my daughter and I learn about coupons and discounts we otherwise would have known nothing about. Pharmacist once called to follow up on something which was appreciated. One easy thing to address…. Have a policy about no food or gum while waiting on customers. Really in poor taste to chomp on your gum where we can all see the wad in your open mouth.

CVS is a clean store. The Associates always greet you when you enter.

Hark, good sirs and gentle dames, for I doth recount mine experience at yon CVS in the fair township of Rolesville. Verily, I did enter this humble apothecary with great hope, seeking sundry wares—elixirs for the weary, balms for the ailing, and confections for the gluttonous soul. Yet, lo! What sight did mine eyes perceive? Shelves in disarray, as though a tempest had laid siege upon them! The line, long as a serpent coiled, did wind without end, attended by but a single harrowed clerk, whose countenance bespoke both toil and sorrow.
The wares, aye, they were plentiful, yet their cost seemed set by a miserly dragon, hoarding gold within a mountain’s keep. The wait was long, the service tepid, yet in the end, mine own quest was fulfilled—though not without trial and patience sorely tested.
But hark! From this tribulation, a lesson is gleaned, one taught by none other than the noble ogre, Shrek. For he, like this CVS, was oft misjudged at first glance—deemed naught but a grumbling brute, much as this store doth appear a mere den of inconvenience. Yet, within, both held more than met the eye. Shrek, a soul of depth and heart, did prove that true worth lieth not in surface alone. So too, mayhap, doth this CVS, should it find within itself the strength to improve its ways, tending to its weary patrons with greater haste and care.
Thus, dear reader, take heed: judge not by first sight alone, be it a store, a stranger, or an ogre in a swamp. For even in the least expected of places, doth greatness dwell.

Got turned away for BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION that another CVS was out of because “no pharmacist could fill it” so I already missed 2 doses. They didn’t offer any help or guidance on what to do, just turned us away. Do not recommend any CVS but especially this one.

Went in today @ 3:30-m for a simple passport photo after checking the web sight, which indicated no appointment needed, just walk ins. The store was empty and there was a middle aged brunette woman at the counter (Mellisa). I asked to get a passport photo taken, she was on her personal cellphone and looked at me and the vacant area next to the counter where the passport background was staged and said she was by herself and to come back tomorrow. I stated I wouldn’t be coming back again and walked out. She then exclaimed she wouldn’t take my passport photo anyway! This is all a matter of record as the area is video recorded at the front counter. This employee should be terminated immediately.

This pharmacy easily makes mistakes charging more for the same prescriptions I’ve picked up every 2 weeks for months. The employees are unhappy, not customer friendly, and make you feel like you are there just to bother them. The drive through is often closed even during the correct time, and good luck having someone answering. If they answer they just ask you to enter the store.

After reading the reviews and having my own experience it’s plainly obvious this CVS is collecting the worst of the worst of employees. It’s like a culture here. I don’t think I have ever experienced a store that hates their customers so much! I promise you will have a much better experience at the Forestville location. No red headed witches in sight! The Forestville location is just down the road, they are happy, they want to help their customers, and they don’t blame you for their computer system failing!

I have visited Rolesville for about 2 years now. These last two weeks I needed to visit the CVS pharmacy on Main Street several times. With each visit I’ve been very pleased with the staff. Everyone there has been very busy but always happy to help me and others with questions or concerns. I realize many customers may not be in the best of moods but the staff has always given each one attention and satisfaction as best they can. Great job staff!
