“My 80 year old mother went into the travel office and talked with Sylina Fonville to try and set up an emergency trip for me and her to leave ASAP to Grand Island Nebraska. The trip itself was to visit a friend in the hospital we were not sure was going to be with us much longer. Not only did Sylina handle my mother with the delicacy that was needed in the situation, but worked through some amazing hurdles (small town, super small airport, bad weather conditions, etc.).
