We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
This is the worst Truist branch. They are consistently understaffed and often have no banker available, forcing me to drive to another location. This has happened many times.

Omg the wait time is ridiculous. You can be the next person in line, and the bank is empty, yet the wait time is so long, and there are other tellers present, but they do not assist. Crazy!!! The staff members are not that helpful nor that friendly. The atmosphere at this bank is just not that welcoming.
