I had an issue with my lock not working/opening even with the correct set of keys and needed to get into my unit urgently. “I needed a storage unit on a really short notice to store some furniture. I went to StorageMax on Ligon St. in Wake Forest and Reid was so very NICE & HELPFUL. I was in & out of there with a storage unit within 15 minutes. I've rented a lot if storage units in the past & never have I had someone so kind help me to rent one. Reid was knowledgeable, answered all my questions & had the paperwork filled out in no time. If you need a storage unit in the Wake Forest area, go see Reid, his customer service skills were spot on! And the unit is nice & reasonably priced...”

“Found this place on the web when I needed a place for my new camper fast. Met with Alex at the storage yard and he worked to find us a spot. Unfortunately we parked in the wrong spot and when we moved it to the correct one it was very tight. Called Alex and he came right away and helped us move to a spot that fit our trailer better. Alex even helped me get it in the space. Now that’s customer service and a place I will continue to use. If you want a place to store your RV, cars, trailers or otherwise this is the place. Well organized clean and plenty of cameras.”
“Ample Storage in Knightdale has been a good place to store the extra stuff. Having a climate controlled environment for framed pictures and books was important for the humidity of North Carolina Summers. Ample Storage in Knightdale was always clean. We rented there for almost 6 years. In that time our 10X10 unit cost increased from $100 to $140. We emptied the unit today because we decided it was time for our sons to reclaim their stuff. Thank you Ample Storage for taking care of our stuff.”

“We just booked a storage unit at the S Main St location in Wake Forest. The staff (I mostly talked with Andy, but briefly with Jonathan) was SO HELPFUL in so many ways. I had to call several times, and they were kind and patient each time, answering my questions + providing prices and info (this is great, but it stood out even more because several other facilities didn't always have someone answering the phone). My Mom took care of the paperwork in the office, and they even gave me a follow-up call to let me know it was taken care of. They went the extra mile a number of times and were so professional! The prices were comparable to surrounding places, but due to a promo, were even better -- such a needed blessing. I hope Andy and Jonathan know what a gift they were!”
