“I have been to this Lowes 50+ times while my home is under construction and have had nothing but above board experiences. Shawn, Marty, Mark, young lady in the door area, the General Manager, and a few others whose names I cant remember were all nice. While recommending their credit card, everyone gave me an inside look at the benefits of having it. Everyone has made me feel welcome.”

“ABOVE AND BEYONDHappened to park near an employee having his lunch as we pulled in. When we were done shopping, this gentleman was returning to work. Mr Mike exited his truck, put on his vest, and offered to help us load 60 pound sacks of cement into my truck. When's the last time you experienced customer service like that?!?! I am so impressed with this kind man going out of his way to help. Lowe's- please recognize Mr Mike for going above and beyond!”
