“Great people work here.. I own another small buisness here in Winston-Salem named "davis tree surgeons", i have personally been in the store here when a very rude and not understanding person went off the handle and watched how the staff here handled the situation.. they were more then polite and patient before asking the non paying person to leave due to the profanity they continued to use. any of the bad reviews you see on here are from extremely rude inpatient people.. they did an awesome job with how they handled situation.. If any one talked to me that way I personally would of physically removed them myself! You won't be disappointed with there service!”
“The people at this store are phenomenal. They're polite and they keep their cool when dealing with a line of customers that span out the door. They keep everyone updated in an attempt to keep the peace and it seems to work as I didn't see anyone angry because of the wait but it could also be because they take care of everyone so efficiently and get you in and out very quickly. This store is one of the best around.”
