“10/10 customer service. I thank God for Marc, he was super helpful, kind and patient with us the entire process of getting the car together. During the early part of my trip to NC my husband’s car got messed up and we weren’t able to drive it for the week. Once that issue was resolved, I picked up the car and was about to head home (which was a 10hr drive). I called the shop and Marc told me to bring the car back even after they were technically closed for the day so they could take another look at it. He accommodated and clearly explained that I wouldn’t have even made it out of NC with the engine overheating. After taking another look the water pump and some belts were causing the issue. He quickly started ordering all the parts that same day so that it wouldn’t delay us another day and everything would be ready for him to work on the car the next day.
Also my family and I were stuck at the shop because we got a ride from a friend. Marc connected us to Mr. Boopie who drove us back to where we were staying. Marc was even kind enough to let my kids and I wait inside the store with him temporarily while we waited for our ride. All in all, Marc is what made this experience a good one despite our car breaking down. I truly appreciate his professionalism, kindness, patience and that he went above and beyond to help serve us. He is a great dude! The kindness that he showed me i’ve never gotten from another mechanic or auto shop. If you’re in Rutherfordton, NC PLEASE go to Cowan Tire you won’t be disappointed.”

Was quoted $50 per used tire (needed 2) they cut me a deal and done both for $80 and did a free psi check on all the tires!!

We pulled into a gas station to find our tire was going flat. 4 gentleman from Simmons tire saw that we had an issue and jumped in to help. I can not thank them enough. They were kind and willing to do whatever it was to get us back on the road. They made small talk with our 2 sons about sports durning this time and refused to take any money from us as a thank you. I do not know their names but God does! What a blessing these men were today! Thank you again!”

The Eagle Carports crew was professional and did a great job; we had messed up the leveling on the carport site and they worked with us to avoid a restocking fee by leaving the parts at our place, giving us an extra day to level our site out, and came back to get the job done. 10/10 recommend”

“I absolutely love Barry and his mechanics. They treat the customers with so much respect. They are very knowledgeable by what they do and it truly shows. I had issues with my car and took it to many other places and they couldn’t fix it. He told me the source of the problem and got it fixed for a reasonable price. My car needed work done on it And he told me how to save money rather than having me spend tons of money with him. The only complaint I have is the lady who works up front can be very rude. To the workers in front of customers and to the customers. I absolutely love this place still. Barry and his mechanics is the reason I always come here!”
