I came into the store very distraught, because my home was recently in a fire and left us with nothing. Alicia was so patient and sensitive to my every need. I walked in very sad and walked out feeling like someone really cared about me, sleeping comfortable and trying to help me feel somewhat normal during a very bad transition.”
