Every month, my deaf boyfriend pays his phone bills. One Spanish woman is really amicable, and sometimes she can help him learn how to interact by using text messages to talk or by writing down crucial information on the note pad of his phone.

The staff was very helpful. Although they only had one person working so several people came in and left because of the line I myself personally can't complain because he was helping me.

Best Metro by T-Mobile in town! Everytime I go to pay my phone bill or to look at new promotions, I get great customer service. My favorite rep (Zully) is no longer is there, but the rest are just as great!!!! :)

If there was anything lower I'd use it, I was lied to about everything, was told I couldn't get the manager name, I could go somewhere else, the girl was rude and didn't want to do anything as soon as I walked in the door, worse place I've EVER been to, I wouldn't recommend anyone even taking a dog to this place. I never write a review, first one I've ever written but this was AWFUL and, they need to be shut down for treating a customer like this
