Zero Stars if I could do it. And that's going to go for most of the flying J's pilots and and their little sister company One9
I am so sick and tired of paying for parking it's not even funny. With all the diesel that our company pumps through flying j pilot our manager and the owner are super pissed. Flying j is definitely dropping the ball big time. A few other carriers that my boss knows are saying the same thing that their trucks because they spend an absorbent amount of money and diesel not to mention the driver's buy stuff out of those flying J's it's just it's it's ridiculous. They need to get rid of that prime parking and just have general open parking. This flying j in particular got their little safety security guy that drives around like a Barney 5 police officer enforcing the reserve parking and other things going on I guess you know that's cool you know that he wants to enforce stuff but if you're going to do that at one store you need to do that at all the stores. And I mean all the stores. You can't just do it at 1:00 and then you know all the rest of them are free for all I mean give me a break if you're going to do have that attitude towards paying customers there's a problem. Hell I even showed him a receipt that I just spent in that store $50 worth of food $50 worth of you know what other other stuff that I bought in that store well that's not going to happen anymore it's just not I'm done with it I'm over it and I'm done with it and I can't be the only trucker out here on the road that does long haul that's not happy with it.
Flying j you need to quit dropping the ball with us long haul truckers or any truckers for that matter.
The company I work for spends well over a million dollars in fuel every year maybe more My boss just says it goes into the about a million a million plus

We stopped at this Pilot to get gas, some coffee, and move our bodies.
Tita was exceptional! I saw that they had a new coffee that I hadn’t seen previously so I inquired about it with Tita. She let me know that it would definitely do the trick of keeping me awake without the jitters. Tita was friendly and approachable. Too, the coffee did keep me up. It’s not often that you come across a store employee that is upbeat and willing to assist

Manager blocks all the fuel pumps to test the fuel.. this creates a safety hazard for semi trucks coming in looking for fuel creating a mess where it’s unsafe to loop around because the manager slows drivers to park anywhere fire lane passager car area and so on- have some sense and tape the fuel nozzle ms up and or leave at least three pumps accessible for trucks to turn around when they want to see how much water is in the fuel- be have some sense - I’ve never seen anything like this - just dumb

Apparently semis can park anywhere here. Fire Lane? No problem. No Parking area? No problem. Who is allowing this to happen? It’s a safety issue not only in case of fire, but for the movement of traffic. Avoid this Pilot at all cost.

Parking for trucks is kind of a weird design, but a professional driver will park anywhere.
