Darren and Rick were very open and honest about their pricing, which for a local tow was super reasonable where other local companies wanted to charge me 140 to go two miles down the road. They were quick to respond with phone calls and getting there. They understand the hardships of today's financial situation and just want to help.”
“If I could give this place a 10, I would. Customer service is top tier! These folks went above and beyond help me out. I went to pick up my car, it wouldn't start. They had been trying all morning. I already knew it was the starter. Now, after handing over $220, I gotta get it towed home. Plus I still need to have the starter replaced plus labor 😒. They told me to write down my address and they would bring it to me.......for free. Now, they didn't have to offer to do that. They owed me nothing, yet not only did he bring it for free, but they had it back before the end of business day. The way the world is today, nobody helps you. Especially not for free, a business at that. I HAD to give them a 5 star review because they absolutely deserves it! Thank you and I will definitely be using them again when needed.”
