“Kenny was honest and forward about the entire cost. He had to find an airbox for us at a salvage yard and while he quoted us a new one ($400 more) he told us when he found a good used one because the new ones were on backorder. We probably would have never known if he hadn't been honest. A+ service and response. We will be going back in the future.”

“Traveling on I85 my car broke down. AAA directed me to Rush Tire & Automotive. It was 4:45 PM and they were closing shop for the day. The receptionist at the shop and Tim were sympathetic to my plight and fixed the car. Instead of looking at spending the night with to kids in Salisbury I was back on the road in no time.”

“10 out of 10!! Honesty and integrity seem to be getting harder and harder to find these days, it's good to know that people like Ron still exist! My son was in a situation where someone could easily take ADVANTAGE of him (out of town and out of luck) but Ron went above and beyond to take CARE of him.We live in TN but while in NC his truck's transmission went kaput, he knew no one or anything about the area, We found Ron on Google and decided to try our luck.. When Ron heard and understood the situation he told him to bring it on in and rearranged his schedule to get him back on the road as quick as possible (he even gave him a ride back to his hotel!). He did the rebuild in record time and at an exceptional price (even have a 12 month warranty so he stands behind his work). His shop is closed on Fridays but he made accommodation for him to pick it up then so he wasn't stranded in a strange town all weekend,But this story isn't over.. Upon pick up, the drive shaft broke just after pulling out of the lot (it already had a weak spot but the timing, UGH!) Ron again helped him get it back on the lot and let him keep it there over the weekend. My son was able to procure the needed part early the next week and Ron let him have it delivered to the yard then even installed it for him!There are not enough positive words to describe Ron's Transmission - Honest work, Friendly service, Extremely reasonable prices. If your child is ever away from home and stranded I hope they find a 'Ron' to care for them, he is truly a blessing. Thanks for caring for my baby, Ron!”
“I've been going to this shop for 5 or so years as it's close to my work. I prefer small businesses as much as possible. The folks at Coffeys are always pleasant, quick service and reliable work. You may save a few bucks somewhere else, but that sometimes has trade offs. I'll continue going here for oil changes, inspections and service.”

“I had an appt for Jan 2 2024. I dropped my car off New Year’s Day. With the keys in the drop box. I was told my car would probably be a week. I got a call today Jan 3. Saying my car was finished. New bumper ,grill, paint and what a fabulous job they did. I was even more surprised they cleaned my car and even the inside. It looked like I just had it detailed. Awesome place. “We were referred to this shop by a friend, who gave 5 stars as well! Wanted to have our lil Scion looked over before we head back west. The car was running rough and using oil, but no visible leaks! After a few hours, the car was finished. No problems that could be detected, we just needed to run thicker oil in these hot/humid conditions. We now have an honest and knowledgeable mechanic in NC. Thanks guys”

“Took my 2019 Dodge 2500 had some clicking noise when I hit the gas and brake and I was ready for new hub bearings, Ball joints, tie rod’s and new shocks and he called me and said all of that is good no issues at all it’s solid.Come to find out the internals of my drive shaft was moving causing the clicking noise. Very honest mechanic and that’s exactly what was wrong. He could have made good money lying to me like dodge did saying I needed new bearings and blah blah blah at a total of $4897.54 like Dodge quoted me.He does my inspections every year and he now does my oil changes and whatever else I need if he does that type of work needed. Good guy and good work. Highly recommended”
“Very good service and very good people. I have dealt with them probably 5-6 times and always a good experience. First went and had custom exhaust made for my Lexus build and came out way better in cost and the work than buying a bolt on. He even flared the exhaust to go over my control arms better when I air out the suspension. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to go there as well as refer to them. Thanks guys!”

“A few days ago while driving, my mom hit a part of a semi truck tire in the road. There was no way to avoid it. We pulled over and found damage to the front of the car which made it difficult to drive. Wagner’s auto was the closest place and we headed there. Mr Wagner was incredible. He could tell we were shaken up and came to take a look at the car. He assured us he had the time and could make it safe to drive. He was just so helpful, friendly and caring. We were able to drive home safely thanks to his kindness. He even shared some photos of his dogs with us after seeing my sister’s dog. We’re so thankful for him and his auto repair shop!”
