Atkins Orchard is a market and stand offering wonderful fruits, vegetables, and products. Visitors find the honey absolutely the best, especially the light variety, and praise the fantastic sauces, including a Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce and chicken dipping sauce. The ciders are delicious, and the spiced peaches, jarred pears, preserves, pickled beets, seasonal apples, and pecans are all recommended. The watermelons are unbelievably good and top tier. Many customers drive from far away and make it a point to stop regularly, finding the visit worth it.
Best place to get fresh fruits and vegetables in Saluda! I always take folks here when they visit us in town.

The ciders are great. I used to go there all the time but i moved across the state and now i cant get back there. And i dont see any around Asheboro and i miss them.
