Their return service is also hassle free. I saved a lot of money by going to a local store vs a chain auto on my front brake pads and rotor set. “Great quality repairs!!! I've never personally had a need to use a body shop for repairs thankfully, but I do work hand in hand with body shops to ensure great quality repairs and can 100% honestly recommend Ed's Collision Center!!! We see the before and the after once they are done with repairs. Many times we are apart of their repair process, if their repairs weren't up to par and top notch we wouldn't be able to perform the work we are needed for to ensure a safe and quality repair of vehicles. They do the best work we have seen in the Sanford area and would absolutely take my personal vehicles to them without a second thought!!! I've never thought to leave a review for a body shop we service, but Google maps has been asking me for days to leave a review since we frequent them so often, and honestly I can't find a good reason not to. Before I didn't think it would be too professional, but after thinking about it for a couple of days I realize we actually get to see their work up front and down and dirty as some would say. I can truly say they repair vehicles by the book, they do top notch quality work, they take pride in their work, and they don't see their clients as just another vehicle. They take care of their customers/clients vehicles like they would their own family, they're genuine and loyal to their customers/clients. While I've never needed a bodyshop to repair one of my vehicles I can 100% say I would take any of them to Ed's Collision Center and if Ed's was completely out of the question I would pray to find another shop just as honest, loyal, and high quality as Ed's Collision Center is!!!”
“No one wants to have to deal with a body shop. However, you can throw those worries out the window here. Jeff and his crew are extremely professional and quick! I never expected to get the level of communication I got here either. Jeff kept me in the loop during the entire process. And then came the after care. He has now called me twice just to ensure that I am happy with his team's work. This is the place people! Stop looking and just go here. They deal with insurance as well and keep the entire process as seamless as possible. Unless you were told, you'd never know my car was in an accident. Stellar! Absolutely stellar!”
