Susan was gracious kind and very thorough with our request. My mom is 93 and Susan took an extra step to get mom a chair at the teller window so she did not have to stand. A real first class service experience at a bank.

Shaquille was my teller today and was absolutely very professional. He and the teller supervisor (I did not get her name) handled my issue all while getting heckled from a rude person in line. Nice job!
