“They do a good job on the outside paint but dont expect the bottom or frame of your vehicle to get washed. They charged me 60 for an exterior and interior clean on my 2500hd. Looks good but the frame is still completely caked in mud.”

“I've had a great experience so far. The prices are reasonable and I was able to get a hand applied wax and and exterior and interior cleaning for $50. Overall, a very high quality experience and will continue to bring my vehicle here to keep it in like-new condition.
Side note: They only accept Cash. They do not accept credit or debit cards.”

“Hi everyone - My family and i were recently displaced by Hurricane Helene. During our evacuation my truck interior got pretty dirty from mud and our older dog having an accident. Cleaned it the best i could, but reached out to Royal Touch to see if they could help me finish the job.
Brandon not only made room for us in their busy schedule, but he did us the kindest gesture of providing the service for free. I gave him a hug and shed a few tears. That gesture meant so much to me and my family.
If you need any of Royal Touch’s services PLEASE choose them. The entire neighborhood we’re staying in was made aware of this kindness and will absolutely be bringing them their business moving forward.

“There is a $10 hold but it will only take $1.50 off your card kind of like some gas pumps do.The owner was extremely nice&gave me $3 back and explained how it works.He is a lovely man if you have any questions or problems at all contact him his number is at the car wash.”

“Used to love my car wash experience at ModWash Sanford NC until I had to scrub the front of my own car before the wash. Employees used to prewash/light scrub the grill and car front before going inside the wash. Now they leave bucket out for public to scrub their own car. What is wrong with customer service these days. Not a 5 star day since I scrubbed my own car.”
