“Our church group visited McNeill’s and we did a rotation of projects. We did wheel pottery, hand pottery and we watched a chainsaw demonstration too. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their pottery is beautiful and their prices are good too. If you don’t have time to finish your project they will finish it for you and ship it to you. They will also make additional items you need. This is a great place for gifts too. Enjoy the front porch and sit out in their rocking chairs. They even have a table of games all set up for you. I know this has nothing to do with pottery but you much check out the restroom and really neat! Wirth the visit and I would go back.”

“Dirtworks Pottery is a must-see when in Seagrove. What really sets this place apart from the other locations we visited is the range of affordable options to purchase of high quality, beautiful crafted pottery items. This was especially nice for me, having just lost my job, but still wanting to take home souvenirs. I purchased the lovely maple syrup warmer for my husband which is not only a gorgeously glazed and shaped item, but very utilitarian and can be used in the microwave. We were able to meet one of the owners dogs, and he told us about then luxury mansion he’d just built for his pack, instantly winning this dog liver over. In addition to the affordable options he has amazing selection of pots and dishes at higher end prices that highlight his range of skills. As with all the potters in the area, he gave us a warm welcome and we enjoyed our visit tremendously!”
