they literally harrass you if your late on a payment . call you multiple times a day and leave threatening and rude messages. Just download affirm its a way better experience and way less interest . a $500 playstation for $1500 is kinda crazy and it only worked for 3 months .

I rented a riding lawn mower last year. No problem, this year, it has been unpredictable.. had fellows out, fixed it, mowed again no problem,, break down, they came out second and third time, the they came out again I had to buy a battery.. I stressed and upset. I asked them to take it back, the gentleman said no he wasn't switching it out, because I need to buy a battery.. so I got battery.. attempted to mow, last week before rain comes.
It stopped before I was even have done?? I just finished mowing with my push mower.. I called the main office , waiting on a call, back and I need to m on w again???

My Refrigerator when out I gave them a call to see when they could bring one out the lady cut me of and said we have no rental for that or no one to deliver very poor customer service in very need of a Refrigerator I'm losing all my food how does a company stay in business that say we have no rental for you just crazy

Bought couches from them, paid $600 down. When they delivered them they ripped both my couches and will not come fix them or discount them told me that that's just what we get. Tried to talk to a manager they won't get on the phone with me, and no way to find out who the owner is online. Going to have to go to court to settle it and they can come pick up the ashes of the couches if it comes to it. I told them I had the money to pay them off on spot if they would just come fix them and they told me they were not fixing them nor discounting them at all!!!! Very sheisty and unprofessional people all the way around and the delivery guys were definitely on some type of drugs I do not recommend them at all if I were you I would just spend your cash at any other store

So I called today and spoke to Jason in order to pay off my furniture he looked up my account told me it would be 96.44$ to pay off, called backed to pay and spoke to Sam he told me it was 126+ then put me on hold to confer with someone in the ending paid 95$. Not sure why all the confusion ?

I love this place. I work here and see so many people that need help and we truly do work with people to insure they are able to keep their items. For the entire lease we make sure that if any maintenance needed or repairs are necessary we get it done and if we are unable to fix we issue a loaner so that you do not go without. We offer several pay options and the option for a 120 day same as cash with no interest. For the remainder of February we are offering 6 months same as cash.
